Downton Abbey

Review: Wow. Holy cow! Okay, I am so thankful to the creator Julian Fellows for bringing the world Downton Abbey! Thank you and you are officially, unofficially my best friend! Thank you Julian Fellows. Thank you! And I kiss the ground you walk on! I will be the towel on the ground to make sure you do not slip on soap! ;)

One of the greatest things about Downton Abbey is how it interlaces all these different story lines creating a masterpiece that is unbelievable. It draws you in and locks you in there for the season. I know for certain that I was mistaken by Downton Abbey. My first initial thought was that I would not enjoy the series because it would not have the drama, comedy and suspense that I normally enjoyed but boy was I mistaken! Downton Abbey has certainly surpassed my expectations for it. Currently I am watching season 3, again because I cant seem to pass a...certain..how do I say this...storyline that I am defiantly break into tears about.

The Crawley family, and most fans will agree with CNC that they have a life that we would all love to live in. The etiquette, the beauty, the grace, the clothes, the formalities and the era is one we all dream to be in. I know for certain that I wish I was there living their lives. Including the juicy drama.

What I love about Downton Abbey is also the relationship that each character has with one another. It defiantly brings the characters to life. As they have similar relationships we would have with family members, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, workers, mothers, fathers although, I'm betting none of us servants. Unless we call our siblings our servants? Nah, I'm just kidding!

What are your thoughts of Downton Abbey?

Tips: Up in the Air, Flying

Now, I have just travelled from one side of the country to the other. And in jet lagged, tired, hungry and I feel like I've just been kept inside a container without room to move or breathe. So my friends who are just about to travel, here are some tips that may or may not help you.

Is your flight delayed? Always Air Snape

1. Before travel. Ladies and gentlemen, young and old, new or old to travel and friends from any corner of the planet - did you know you if you buy your tickets on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm their cheaper? That's right! So wait, till a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm. See the dollar signs you'll save!

2. Window or Aisle? That is the question. Really, it's all down to who you are as a person. No one can choose it for you unless of course, there are no other seats left on the plane then you're stuck with that seat. Sorry mate.

3. Entertainment. One of the most difficult things I find on the planes is finding things to entertain myself with. I either end playing cards with friends if I am travelling with friends, watching movies or shows if I have a screen, listening to music and sleeping, reading a book or drawing. In the end I end carrying this massive as bag while I'm travelling because I end wanting to do a million different things while I'm on the plane. So my tip is to bring a million different things while your on the plane but not too many that you go over board. But now thanks to new technology I suggest bringing a tablet or a laptop so you can just watch movies and shows while your on the plane. Download something and catch up on shows that you've missed or fallen behind because of work or school.

4. Listen. I know it may seem really boring to people who have travelled so many times before but listen to the stewards who do the safety procedure before the flight. They are actually really good to listen to because every plane is different and every plane works differently. Don't assume just because you've been on so many different planes that you know what to do. I'm being serious about this, listen to them.

i have stopped listening, why havent you stopped talking - i have stopped listening, why havent you stopped talking Misc

5. Relax. A plane flight is a seriously good time to relax as well. I know it's not always the most comfortable but just sit back and relax my friends. It's also a great time to catch up on some Zzzz's. With all the adrenaline probably coursing through you because of the excitement inside of you due to the trip you're about to go one. Your bound to have lost some sleep over it. So now, use this time and catch up on some Zzz's.

Feeling: Rejection

This is one of the worst feelings in the world. It feels like the end of the world. You just can't get it out of your head. It keeps pounding and pounding at your head. Coming back to you over and over again.
One of the CNC is currently writing this while feeling this. It's just horrible. You feel the weight of the world on your shoulders and you don't want to do anything.
But let CNC tell you this. There will be a rainbow after the storm.
It's scientific.
Look to the positive.
Just as Clueless Nation's Wattpad story 'Lucky 13' has a chapter on. The Bow and Arrow.
You will be pulled before far before you go further and further.

Love always,

Daily Gossip: J.K Rowling

My Queen! My absolute Queen! The woman I worship and hold up and look up to! Look at what she did today! Oh. Ehm. Gee.

What a goddess! Am I right? You thought her amazing brain wouldn't come back to life after the HP series wouldn't end? Because I didn't and look at what she comes back with! Letting the magical wizarding world come back!
As a huge HP fan I am ecstatic! And a little embarrassed to say that I never read the books but I did try (three times) and will keep trying! Trust me!

A large number of HP fans went online and replied to her tweet and shared it. This even surpassed the MTV VMA's after the debacle with Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj. Yeah, well heard. Buuuuttttt! Aside from that! Check what she tweets next!

AND THEN! THE QUEEN RETURNS WITH THIS!

Of course he was sorted into Gryffindor like his father, Harry Potter (how weird does that sound? His father?!), his mother, Ginny, his Uncle Ron and his Aunty Hermoine!

How old do you feel now? And how HP series sick do you feel? I want to go back and rewatch the entire series!!

And this!

Please! Why not??

TV Show Review: Game of Thrones, Season 3

Okay, so this may seem ridiculous to people but last night I actually stayed up and watched five episodes of GOT then today spent the day watching the other five. Now, I know what I've said about GOT but right now I'm seriously eager to take them all back. Well, okay...not all of it obviously. But some of it.

WARNING! This may turn to a rant. Just sayin'.

My first rant is about Sansa Stark. Where is her storyline? Where is her growth, her personal development because of the hardships she has to have endured? There's nothing there! She is still the whimpering and whiny child we were first introduced to in Season 1. And after three seasons there is no change her on her personality. I love Sansa, I think she's is a caring, self-conscious, and normal teenager but I would love a more interesting plot line and character development. All she is at the moment is a pawn for everyone to be sold of like a slave in the best agreement.

Unlike a certain blonde almost white haired character we know and probably most of us have come to love. Yes I'm talking about the one and only Daenerys Targaryen. Who we've seen suffer through so much hardship. From having an annoying (times infinity) brother, Khal Drogo (no spoilers), a child, Quath and her dragons. Now, I absolutely loved her story line in Season 3 it equally tied with my love of her story line in Season 1. Season 2 for me was a total snore fest. So I was absolutely delighted with her plot line in this season! I cannot express my happiness about her character growth and development. Plus the love interest (wink wink) is a total hottie and so on her level. Of course no one can equal to Khal Drogo my friends.

Okay I feel I am loosing readers with my snort fest of praising so I will continue on. Jamie Lannister's story line bored me half to death. Literally I was walking to my grave while watching his scenes. And so did Rob Starks. While Theon Greyjoy's scenes - ugh. ugh. Please the guy just needs to die! He is nothing whiny and annoying little brat.

Now Arya Starks was actually interesting. Seeing her jump to different characters while trying to survive the war. She's probably the only one who shares the screen with so many other actors. God, I love her character, her strength and her witiness. She's someone to watch for. While her storyline was interesting I would love to see her reunite with someone in her family.

Bran Stark and Rickon Stark's adventures finally on the road. I am so excited to see what is ahead for them. Bran's finally showing who he truly is, he is growing and developing. I absolutely love it! It's so great to see him growing even though of his disability. What I love about it is he's not using it as an excuse at every possible moment. Actually I have not once heard him use it as an excuse during season 3. He'll be interesting to watch in the upcoming seasons.

TV Show Review: Game Of Thrones, Season 2

literally watch Season 2 of Game of Thrones in a few days because of how amazing the entire series is. At least in my belief I thought it wasn't too bad. From a few friends and family who are fans of the show I heard season 2 and 3 are the most boring seasons compared to the rest. Now I must say I had found season 1 to be more interesting than season 2.

Episode 9 in Season 2 though was truly filled with boring long as speeches before people went into war and battles. I kind of sat on my bed and said 'da faq' I loved it but seriously come on so many in one episode produces? Really? Was it really necessary? This was literally me the entire episode.

And seriously! I literally felt Khaleesi deprived the entire season! She is one of my favourite characters and she was barely in the show. Please producers more Khaleesi in future seasons! I am begging you! I love her and she is my favourite with her courage, strength, struggle and plot line.

And speaking of female leads where is Arya Stark? Her storyline in this season is practically non-existent! Where is her storyline? Where is she going next? She's been cross dressing for this season and I love it but she needs to move on! They've dragged it out for far too long!

But that ending though! I finally truly believe the war that the Nights Watch are fighting. At first I believed it would be a small group of White Walkers and now that I just witnessed with my own eyes the large amount of White Walkers; I see how dangerous their war is.

Rant: Women and Hygiene

I just read an article that broke my heart. My heart literally broke and shattered to millions pieces then the government stood up and danced on my heart breaking it to a billion pieces. Thank you to the government for breaking my heart that had never been broken before in my life. You government, were literally my first heart break.

Get this. Okay. This was literally made me scream in anger! I was suddenly so frustrated with the government. Okay, I have never ever had a serious problem with the government because I never really took a interest in it until now. This topic suddenly make me take an interest in government and politics. So here it is.

The government will give out condoms to homeless shelters but they don't give out pads or tampons. I understand why they give out condoms but they should give out pads and tampons. Seriously who in their right minds thinks of giving out condoms but not pads and tampons?

First of all is it really a woman's fault for having her period? No I didn't think so. Women don't actually want periods and women shouldn't be expected to pay for it. So why should a homeless woman be expected to be ridiculed and degraded during their period for not being able to afford pads and tampons. It is so heartbreaking to know and think a woman who can't afford the basic needs to get through life should have to pay for pads and tampons while they are on their period.

I hope everyone who reads this share's thos and rallied behind organisations to help support them in giving out pads and tampons alongside condoms. Ladies everyone is behind you in this.

TV Show Review: Game Of Thrones, Season 1

I've slowly been making my way through Game Of Thrones and I know that must be a crime because everyone else is up to season 5. Last night I finally finished season 1. Yes it's defiantly a crime, I know. But I finally got through it and I loved the ending with Emilia Clarke.

But not only that, I love the pace of Game Of Thrones. It's not too slow or too fast. Some television shows honestly drag out their plot lines but not Game Of Thrones. They actually continue or they throw a curve ball to make a bump on the road.

Yes, Game Of Thrones kills of characters but it's to continue on with the plot line and to challenge characters and their personality. It's to make them stronger. Though I will admit I do hate when they kill of characters because it's pulls the strings in my heart. You know what this means? It means the producers, directors and writers are doing their job.

Normally I would have some bad points but I have none for Game Of Thrones. It is honestly one of the greatest shows running at the moment. Aside from the fact that Khal Drogo and Ned Stark incident (will not soil for those watching though I doubt anyone else is still watching season 1) I am content with the plot line.

It's a definite recommendation from Clueless Nation Creators (CNC) to watch Game Of Thrones if you are 15-16+. And to those who watch and live with parents CNC recommendation is defiantly to watch when their not home or on your computers/laptops.

Friday

Day Of Silence

April 17th of every year has been called 'Day Of Silence'. Something Clueless Nation Creators (CNC) have not heard of until this year.

It is something I wish I had known earlier so I could support it. The Day Of Silence is an event I will from now on be supporting upon reading why it is there on April 17th and what The Day Of Silence stands for.

I personally believe, it should be read from the original website. Click on the link: http://www.dayofsilence.org/index.html

Tips: Friendship (You've Got A Friend In Me)

We came to the conclusion that this post should be about friendship and the key to maintaining a HEALTHY friendship. Note the key word HEALTHY. As the creators of of Clueless Nation have been friends for over ten years. But just remember, every friendship out there is completely different because everyone works differently.

1. Always consider the other's feeling. You're human. You have feelings so obviously they have feelings. Take them into consideration.

2. But also be truthful. A friendship needs truth in it. If you can't have a little harsh criticism then your hurting their feelings because someone else will end up telling them the truth. And sometimes hearing the truth from your best friend is better than some random.

3. Have fun. The best way to maintain a healthy friendship with another person or people is to have fun. Everyone wants to have fun and it's the most beautiful way to make memories. Those memories are what keeps us moving forward in our lives. Their the sweet and beautiful moments in our lives we want to look back on.

4. Use your resources. In this day and age using technology is the best resource to keep in touch with friends.. Yes it is bad to stay behind a screen all day but it also allows us to keep in contact with those we can't always see because of all our busy schedules.

5. Make time. In our lives we are always running around so busy and thinking of ourselves and advancing ourselves in the world. But what will we do when we're at the top and left everyone at the bottom?

Thursday

Laying The Foundation

Hey friends,

If you follow all our social media (Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr) then you know that there's more than one person behind the creation of 'Clueless Nation'. As they say 'two brains are better than one' but who's to say there are two people behind the creation?
Clueless Nation Creators (CNC) have decided on days to upload on different social media sights due to our busy schedules and actual lives. We'll be posting on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Of course, we'll post in between but if you don't see posts in a while then we're not seeing anything that  we deem interesting to share with our friends.

Since we actually haven't stated what we're about and our name doesn't really say much here's the 411 on what we are about. EVERYTHING. We literally couldn't decide on what we wanted to be about so we just shrugged our shoulders and said 'Why not?'. Let's just do everything. Besides, it would've been extremely difficult branching out after (if) we made a name for ourselves in that topic. It's like MTV branching out to drama and reality shows after they've been known to do music television.
So we hope you welcome us with open arms! You're entertained with reading and watching us grow as we enjoy building our empire.

Ciao!
