Downton Abbey

Review: Wow. Holy cow! Okay, I am so thankful to the creator Julian Fellows for bringing the world Downton Abbey! Thank you and you are officially, unofficially my best friend! Thank you Julian Fellows. Thank you! And I kiss the ground you walk on! I will be the towel on the ground to make sure you do not slip on soap! ;)

One of the greatest things about Downton Abbey is how it interlaces all these different story lines creating a masterpiece that is unbelievable. It draws you in and locks you in there for the season. I know for certain that I was mistaken by Downton Abbey. My first initial thought was that I would not enjoy the series because it would not have the drama, comedy and suspense that I normally enjoyed but boy was I mistaken! Downton Abbey has certainly surpassed my expectations for it. Currently I am watching season 3, again because I cant seem to pass a...certain..how do I say this...storyline that I am defiantly break into tears about.

The Crawley family, and most fans will agree with CNC that they have a life that we would all love to live in. The etiquette, the beauty, the grace, the clothes, the formalities and the era is one we all dream to be in. I know for certain that I wish I was there living their lives. Including the juicy drama.

What I love about Downton Abbey is also the relationship that each character has with one another. It defiantly brings the characters to life. As they have similar relationships we would have with family members, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, workers, mothers, fathers although, I'm betting none of us servants. Unless we call our siblings our servants? Nah, I'm just kidding!

What are your thoughts of Downton Abbey?
